Umeshu (Homemade Plum Wine)

I love umesho. It goes so well with tonic water. When I was in Japan, I could not stop ordering it every time we stopped for dinner. It is just so pricey in Singapore, sadly. And once I saw that umes were on sale at the Japanese mart, I had to get it and give it a try.
